Everyone was very friendly and professional. When this truck dies, I'll go back to them for the next one. Called multiple times from out of state. Unresponsive and inconsistent information provided. Traveled to see vehicle. When I arrived, vehicle had been sold or pending sale. Yes , They are very cooperative and within no time finalized the deal , documentation done and come back home. They sent the vehicle to home. Corwin Ford was really great.. My salesman, Mario even came in on his day off to close the deal on a lower priced vehicle.
In fact in was the lowest priced vehicle on the lot, hardly worth coming in on the mans day off. I had a few concerns about the truck so Mario drove it back to the service dept and an hour later the truck came back ready to go!!!! Thanks Mario and Corwin Ford. Great feedback. Lloyd was excellent him and his team. They worked the numbers to get me into my new truck and made sure we were good to go.
Thanks Mr. Lloyd and Fox Ford. Tony got back to me very fast,the explorer i was interested in needed work but i was told this from the beginning i would recommend this dealership and of course Tony. The sales rep was great, I was not aware that the escape was involved in a minor accident until the sales rep mentioned it to me, the quick test drive brought out the many problems with this escape and I did not buy this. My Company decided to give us fleet vehicles. So far communication has been good!
